2 cups baby spinach
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheese
10 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
Pre-heat oven to 350
Divide spinach, tomatoes and cheese among the muffin pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and garlic.
Evenly pour mixture into the pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until set.
